How do you get spray paint out of clothes?

Someone accidentally sprayed blue spray paint on my white sweatshirt. Is there any way to remove the paint?How do you get spray paint out of clothes?

acetone might work but test it first it may do more harm than good
soaking, possibly in mineral spirits, but more than likely you'll have to purchase a new shirt.
Not sure a sweatshirt is worth the effort - get a new one.
check with paint store for product called ';oops';
try a little bit of starting fluid and rub gently
