Does anyone know how to get industrial spray paint off hands?

Very dirty hands and we have a new baby.It just looks terrible when her Father holds her.he hates it ,he would be so happy if something worked.Does anyone know how to get industrial spray paint off hands?
Oh! Thats sad.


But don't worry, there are amny things that could help!





An easy way to remove spray paint from hands -- Use a little Pine-Sol to take all the paint off without having to scrub!





Oil based paint - use mineral turpentine, then soap and water with a Scoth Brite pad.





The mineral turpentine can be drying so moisturise well after scrubbing.





Sometimes,FANTASTIK all purpose spray cleaner... works perfectly.


Just spray it on hands and rub it in and wipe it off with a washcloth.

Try some waterless hand cleaner like mechanics use. ';Gojo'; makes a few different varieties. I've used them to take dried paint and primer off my hands, without the stink and drying problems that go with paint thinner or turpentine.
i am painting contractor and products like orange scrub and go jo uaually do not work on industrial enamels....we usually put some laquer thinner on a rag and scrub it off ,then wash hands with a moisturising soap and water.
There is a great product called ';Orange Scrub,'; that is non-toxic and is usually sold at paint/hardware stores. It's basically orange peel and soap. It's the abrasive nature of the product that gets it to work, NOT the chemicals. The thing to remember is that if you use a harsh product (such as turpintine) you run the risk of getting it into your bloodstream through absorption and/or cuts as well as the risk of transferring it to the baby through skin-to-skin contact.
