What kind of spray paint should I use on my shirt?

I'm stenciling a design on a t-shirt and I want to know if I should use regular spray paint or fabric spray paint? I have a can of fabric spray paint by Simply Spray that I was going to use. I would like the design to come out dark instead of faded. Normal spray paint I know will be dark, but I've also heard that it will make the shirt stiff, whereas fabric spray paint keeps it soft. So which is better? Will Simply Spray fade quickly? What kind of spray paint should I use on my shirt?
Don't use spray paint on a shirt. Using fabric paint alone will crack over time. Mix equal amounts of textile medium and acrylic paint. Use a foam brush to apply the paint or a brayer. If you use a brush stipple so that it wont go under your stencil. I don't know what you make your stencils out of but instead of regular old paper you could use sticker paper or cut your design out of freezer paper, iron it to your shirt, wait for the paint to dry and peel it off. This will not leave any sticky residue on your shirt. What kind of spray paint should I use on my shirt?
try tye dye it will not fade out
Since you are using a stencil, regular fabric paint will work. It is applied with a stencil brush. The best paint to spray on fabric is air brush paint. You can buy inexpensive kits that use canned air, at any large craft store.
