Whats the best kind of spray paint to paint a metal bed frame with?

I have a Red Metal bed frame that I want to paint white...whats the best kind of paint to use?Whats the best kind of spray paint to paint a metal bed frame with?
First, sand your metal with fine gauge metal sandpaper (it's gray). Then spray with metal primer. Then finish with Rustoleum.Whats the best kind of spray paint to paint a metal bed frame with?
Most any spray paint will do fine. However, make sure that the frame is clean first. And it's always a good idea to prime before painting.
