How do i get spray paint off a driveway?

my neighbors had grafiti drawn on their driveway...they tried just about anything and everything except a jackhammer... any help? How do i get spray paint off a driveway?
Maybe a pressure sprayer would work. However, depends on the age and porousness of the concrete surface. They may be better off to actually paint over the grafitti with a concrete paint. If the drive is older, the surface will be grainy and maybe the [pressure sprayer will work. They can rent one, but they can also buy one for just about the same price as renting these days, and use it for a lot of other practical jobs. Decks, siding, cars, etc.How do i get spray paint off a driveway?
A good dousing of acetone probably would do it, but it also might 'do in' your whole neighborhood. So, I'm NOT suggesting that!!

They may be forced to pay for a sandblasting job.
Why not just paint the whole driveway, then next time you get graffiti you just touch it up
I don't know. Sorry.
