my husband and I like to use I'm sorry I can't remember the name but they sell it just about any were it looks like sand and stone was mix together it makes your thing look really nice.What is the best spray paint to?

Most building supply/home stores sell various types of spray paints. Many have qualified people that can provide a host of possibilities depending on the look you are going for.
Krylon is a very good brand used cases of it where i used to work
