How do I get spray paint off of cement? i spray painted something and was very careful but?

I got a few bright red drips on the carport. The salesperson at Ace Hardware told me to buy paint thinner which I did and I poured it directly on the paint but it's not working. I even tried scrubbing it into the cement and nothing came up. Any ideas? How do I get spray paint off of cement? i spray painted something and was very careful but?
try renting a pressure washer.it worked pretty good for me.How do I get spray paint off of cement? i spray painted something and was very careful but?
do not use any chemicals, they can stain the concrete. Buy a stiff steel wire scrub brush than you can screw a broom handle into [called a deck brush], and scrub the area when it's dry, not wet. If you do it wet, you'll take a chance on rust stains appearing. If it comes off slow, get a stiffer brush. [you won't find these at wal-mart of the grocery store, you need to go to an industrial supply store]
I would go to a DIY store or any hardware store that sells paint products and ask them for a graffiti remover, you will likely need to get a wire brush to scrub it as well. If you have access to a pressure washer, that could work as well.
Try fingernail polish remover, or go to the hardware store and get a can of MEK(methel-ethel-keytone)
try gasoline but make sure theres no open flame around
There are two ways.

1. Pressure wash it

2. Try Finger nail Polish remover
put a wire wheel on a drill and use that on the drips
Try a metal scraper or knife
Why not take a wire brush to it?
u cant, spraypaint is permanent...
