What kind of paint / spray paint is the best to use to pain a dash in a vehicle?

The best is VHT brand vinyl dye. Duplicolor is good too. You will NOT find it at walmart. Go to your local part store. Vinyl dye does not build up like paint, and actually penetrates the surface if the dash, making a better finish that looks like a factory job. It is more resistant to wear and scratching than paint. Spray paint will not last on plastic and vinyl. I have used Krylon fusion and it is ok, but it still will chip and scratch liek other paints if sprayed too heavy. Vinyl dye is how replacement parts are color matched to an interior.What kind of paint / spray paint is the best to use to pain a dash in a vehicle?
