Anybody know where and what company makes aqua blue spray paint, either multi-purpose or metal?

try Krylon or Rust-OleumSpray Paint???
I can't remember the brand but there is one that is made for plastics that probably has that color. I'm not sure if it would work for other types of surfaces. You can always order on line from like Home Depot or Lowes here in the states.
If you cannot find the color you want stock you can buy a can that your paint is added to then you pressurize it with compressed air or another type of gas. They work quite well and are re-use able
