Gasoline and a thick bristle brush. No Smoking. How do you get rid of spray paint on a brick walkway?
If it is only overspray, you should be able to get it up with a little dish soap in a bucket of water and a wire brush, or other heavy brush. May take a little work, but it will come up. That area may wind up cleaner than the rest of your walkway though, so you may find your self with more work! Don't scrub too hard in any one area though, as you can remove material from the brick.

The best would be a pressure washer and just do the whole walkway so you don't wind up with splotchy areas, if you can afford that.
